It takes a few tries. The person on the customer service side of things came across like they didn't care and I was wasting there time.
Impossible to get assistance with customer service. It is all about "I can't" do a simple request, and even when you find someone that is willing to help, they don't follow through making it worse!
No customer service after hours unless you want to talk to a phone bank in a foreign country that can't help with there is an issue. Don't take ownership when the delivery did not arrive on time. Disappointing... advise you to go somewhere elese.
Very easy. Just call. The wait time is never long, and they are great about calling back
I've never had a problem with an order in many years of dealing with Crown. Always helpful if I make a phone contact with a rep.
