I am having a problem with video not playing in the classes i've subscribed to on Craftsy - this has just happened in the past week. Any suggestions?

See if you can instal the ocean browser app. That used to work for me.

You have charged my bank account twice for 113 dollars - once on an existing account and once on an account I HADENT EVEN RECEIVED a card for because
Is the yarn that Craftsy carries seconds? So far, I have used two of the eight skeins I ordered and both of them contain knots; the yarn is not one continuous piece. This rarely happens with yarn that I purchase from a store (even Walmart!).
How long does shipping take? Ohio
