NOT A CHANCE. They will certainly send you a return slip, but once they get your item, they will come up with a reason to refuse exchange & then tell you if you want your item back, you'll have to somehow send them a return label to a phantom address. 10-months and I have neither my $1680 nor the ugly, fake dress they tried to pass off as authentic. GOOD LUCK!
Have tried numerous times via email and phone calls. No response from them. I would not buy from this company ever again
Don't buy from them, crooks. Don't return calls, change policies and all kinds of fees to return. Ridiculous and horrible experience.

Please don't purchase anything from them if you aren't sure. They lie to you that you will get a full refund and then they only give you store credit. But what if you don't want to purchase anything else from them? I lost $1K+. I don't want any of their fake designer clothes so I will end up losing all my money. NEVER AGAIN.
I agree with all of the above comments. I bought a $600 dress that was too small. I sent it back with a plan to exchange for a larger size. However they contacted me and said that I had sent the dress back "soiled" so they would not accept it and were going to send it back to me. I told them I tried it on in a carpeted room, had it on less than 5 minutes and could NOT have soiled it. They continued to argue, said they would send me a picture of the soiling. I have never received the picture. They also said they would return the dress to me. I have not received the dress. This company is a fraud. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy from them!

We called in advance to verify their "return policy". We have the audio recording where they clearly state "full refund" if returned in 5 days (we pay shipping). Upon receipt of the dress and confirmation of excellent condition, they then CHANGED to "store credit only".
That was 2 months ago... we still have nothing. They have the dress and our $400+.
P.s. Our Capital One Credit was VERY UNSUPPORTIVE and did NOTHING to help us after 14 years as a loyal cardholder. This was our first "dispute".
