I have been trying to get a number for customer service. All I need is a breakdown of the hotel taxes and fees so I can be reimbursed from my agency.

The breakdown of your taxes was on your receipt from the actual hotel. The reason why you paid more than what the hotel charged is because the difference isn't a tax, it's a commission. I just left a review about how I came across these people, and I thought I was dealing with Motel 6. The Quality Inn I ended up staying in said I booked through "Priceline". Choose A Room appears to be an affiliate of Priceline. In my case, I didn't book online, but that's what Quality Inn thought. I canceled my bank card and am having a new one mailed. By the way, I wasn't even gonna pursue trying to get the 25% commission I was charged back--my bank encouraged me to file a complaint as soon as the charges officially post. Check it out...
