Basically they registered several domains with one page websites that go on for pages in the search engines so the neg info is pushed back... they know most people don't view pages in the search after the 3rd page or so... if you look at the websites, they talk about nonsense... not relevant to their business, however are tagged with the owner's name and company name.
Some of the websites have a small link on the bottom going to a reputation repair comapny.

How do you inform google, yahoo and other search engines that multiple websites are posted are from a reputation repair company that is masking the company's bad reviews and deceiving customers?

Probably by doing exactly what you just did... writing the truth about those other websites they own. How did you find out they are using a reputation repair company? Did they have more negative reviews in the past? I wonder what the company did to hide the reviews.
