Use a different company. This company will not give you the amount that they quote to you.

I do not believe that Justin's comments are true. Justin pays about 50% or less of what he quotes. The bad reviews are from people who have been scammed by this company that pays far less than the fair value of your calculators. Do not do business with this company. Please donate your calculator(s) to a worthy cause before receiving peanuts from a scamming company.

I changed my review. Got a quote for 1 calculator for $23 and late Jan. An email stating my check was sent & I'd get it in 2-3 days. Never came never answered my emails or phone calls. Filed complaint with BBB of NY, which never received answers to letters or phone calls. Today after more than 3 months of sending in my calculator I received a check for $21, with no explanation why the $2 difference, no apology, no nothing and the check is from a different named company. I hope it doesn't bounce, or I will be back here with a new review promptly.

Most of the bad reviews are from people who sent in some calculators, and after a week or two got nervous and posted a bad review - cross-referencing these reviews with our records, it looks like they got paid right shortly after posting the review. The problem is, once most people post a review, if they get a check a few days later, they don't bother to come back here to change the review. This is about 50% of the cases - the other 50% are names who we can't find in our database (i. E. not actual customers).
