Why am i paying extra for overnight and receiving for 3 days, or so it says on delivery date.

Answer:

Because they are crooks and just want any extra money from everything else. That's how they sell parts for such low prices.

Hell no not normal this company is really a joke charge for fast shipping and will be a week before you get parts and no communication
