I recommend cancelling before your order is filled! I have spent over $200 on canvases on CanvasOnDemand that turned out very poorly and I wish I knew how bad there prints and services was going to be so I could have stopped the order before it was shipped. Cancel quick and order elsewhere!
They're return policy is to not respond. I have sent multiple emails and on-site questions and have received zero responses besides the automated confirmation email about receiving my question emails.

Hi Sandra! Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not have a watercolor or oil painting effect. The only colorization options that we offer are black and white, sepia tone, and pixel painting. We can convert your color image file into black and white or to sepia at no additional charge. If you're look for a painting look, then we recommend adding the Pixel Paining option for an additional fee. Our pixel painting style canvases are created digitally by our artists who render a soft, hand-painted effect. We recommend pixel painting for landscape images, portrait style photographs where the subjects faces are prominent, or any time you want a beautiful painterly effect.
