Try being specific about anything that requires an answer and then perhaps you'll get a response…
I am so pleased with CanvasDiscount especially the superior quality of their printing operation… As an artist, I am so happy with CanvasDiscount's attention to the smallest details and am grateful for their service… Your complaints sound like you're talking about a different company than the one I use… I have no clue what you're griping about… Maybe speak with your therapist!
I agree with them you wait on the phone and they do hang up on you
File your complaint and get your CC company on their case for fraud. There will be no answer from these guys.
