Hello, There are positive and negative ones. Some of the negative ones are because of payment problems. People do not follow payment instructions then blame us. They should never send payments online. Some of them because of post service delays which is not in our hand, they are impatient and do not wait long enough we never let our customers down we always reship undelivered or lost orders. And most of the remaining negative reviews are simply fake made by rivals. I have ordered three times, the third order messed up due to Royal Mail, they happily sent the same items I ordered again and I received them today just one week after my 'complaint' email. Just follow the instructions correctly and make sure you check your junk mail! Payment is simple and I can understand if you feel it's not secure, spend less on the first order of you are concerned.
