PayPal refused to assist with a faux product I got from these guys. Too bad... I'll never use PayPal again.

I sent money with wu and it was the right amount because i looked at the receipt when james sent me an email saying somebody went to pick it up and it wasn't the right amount. has anybody experienced same thing in the past?
