Answer:

They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Why does blinds.com post estimate delivery and give a tracking number when the blinds come from turkey and the tracking number can not be used on fed ex in the usa? delivery thu 05/07,2015 - wed 05/13,2015 tracking label created 05/10 but not shipped as of 05/13

Answer:

I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
