HELP! I've read what people have to say about Bigdeal.com, but too late. I just signed up and bought some tokens. Now I have GIANT BUYER'S REMORSE! How can I undo the damage?

To Shana W. You are not able to reverse it as far as I know. HOWEVER there is nothing wrong with BIGDEAL.COM. I just HATE IT when people don't take the time to research before they make a comment about it. I have won several items from big deal so has my friends and we haven't had any problems with them. Whenever you win an item it comes within about 2 weeks. The only bad thing is your are only allowed TEN items per month to win. So once you have won ten they will tell you when you can start bidding again. Everybody reach their ten at different times it's just all depends. HOWEVER I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR BIGDEAL IS LEGIT! Those people out there that are TOO cheap to try the site but want to bash it, I'm glad you don't want to go on there. That is less people I have to worry about when bidding on an item. LOL...

Bigdeal.com, Bidfire.com, and many more deceive you into thinking it is an auction website.
They are all online gambling at your cost. Buy bid tokens which are actually poker chips! Beware of these sites. You may win a legit lotto scratch-off and be compelled to do it again. At least you know full well that the scratch-off is a gamble. It is simply gambling and if that's your thing, go for it. However if you think it is an auction you are well mistaken.

I so wish I had found this site before EVER doing anyhting with bigdeal. What a rip off. Now I have money sitting there in what they call LOYALTY BUCK - what a scam. So i need to spend even more money to use MY money. Yes - this is definitely ON LINE gambling and I should have been smarter and read the fine print before starting in it.

Tee s needs to do her own research. I read the information and was quite glad that when one goes to buy points you are assured that you can get a "Complete Refund" on unused points. But! When one goes to refund those points there is only a "redeem" link, not a "refund" link, that one can only use their points to BUY something rather than get their money back on their unused points! Also, when one compares the winning auction price to the cost of points to get to that price, the company has made 3-4 times the asking price for the item. It is a rip off as far as I'm concerned!

Buyer Beware is sooo true. I wasn't clear on the rules for BigDeal but that's my responsibility. I complained several times that the red second clocks on my screen would "freeze" up and I would watch others bid and I couldn't. Several times I thought I had won an item and it would show another person - guessI had a slow mouse. I "resigned" from the site - don't know if I'll get a refund for my unused bids. LAW

I use to work for big deal and we would sit around and joke about how stupid people are that think they can get stuff for free or even close to free. Lol. Idiots will still do it, i got a bunch of money i could care less.

I was stupid as well. I lost $70 but could have been worse if I really wanted win bad enough. I will right it off as a bad investment. Also I should have read the description before I jumped in.

If people have a lot money to blow and win things more power to them.

WOW! Just watched BigDeal.com make a few hundred bucks for itself in an hour on a single iPad "Auction"... once that clock dips under 30sec there is a virtual feeding frenzy of people who love to waste their time and money thinking they are gonna get an iPad for $10... and after all those bids? One dude bid 200 times already. That's $150 bucks right there. This site must have one of the highest work/profit ratios, they are making maaaaaaad money off the "thrill of the chase" = gambling.
