Is it true money can be spent and the bidder receive no product?

It is absolutily true. You can spend more trying to win the product
Then justn going out and buy it out right. Stay away from this site.

I have been waiting for my won and paid for item for four months, have exchanged loads of emails and received nothing but excuses so far. Should I escalate via the authorities or is this a normal amount of time to wait?
