Has anyone received their refund from cancellation. I was told 5-7 days but I got no email confirmation

Years ago I had a refund, it did take about a week.

Sake email to me. Been 7 days and still no credit to my credit card!

I got an email confirmation, Here is part of it: Your credit card has been refunded in the amount of $102.92. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your refund to fully process
