I canceled my club but still got charged.

Hi Robin, Thanks for your message. Kindly send an email to support@bellacandles.com so we can check as to when you requested for cancellation and when was the charge made.
We just want to clarify that once you cancelled your membership, you won't be charge for automatic shipments not unless you registered multiple times in our club offer. We don't have any access to customers new credit card, we only keep record of the cards used in our order, but we normally only keep the last 4 digits of the card for verification.

Call your credit card company for help. These types of companies, where in tiny print you can't see, tell you they will AUTOSHIP products, are terrible. I messed up a couple times and ordered products from companies like Bella Candles. We called the credit card company, told them I had cancelled membership and AUTOSHIP, and in both cases, the credit card company made these fraudulent companies pay us back (or the CC company eliminated the charge). Now I read the fine print carefully. If I'm in doubt, I email the company I ordered from and got confirmation from them that there would be NO AUTOSHIP OR MONTHLY CHARGES. I print out the email reply and keep it in my records in case the fraudulent company tries to charge me again. And I found out the hard way that if my original credit card was cancelled, these kinds of companies find out my current credit card number and CHARGE THE NEW CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE! I couldn't believe it! I'm sorry to write so much when I just meant to tell you to contact your credit card company. I've been taken advantage of twice, and I won't allow it to happen again! You can also contact the BBB or the consumer affairs department in your state.
