I product I received was far from "Good Quality" and the company do not attempt to look after their customers.
No wonder they are angry.
Because this company's customer service standards are very different from US customer service standards. BeautifulHalo is not going to change. If you dont get your item - you're out of whatever you paid.
The sizes don't compare even when a buyer uses the charts provided. They will point to the positive reviews as proof they're doing find and imply that negative reviewers are just angry people.
