Why did "Hillard B." give 5-Stars and claim it's a Total Rip Off? Just askin'.

You'd have to ask that person. But I would guess they made a mistake.

He probably got the five-star system reversed, thinking five stars means TOTAL ripoff. I can see that happening to someone who was so angry he could barely see. Those people have his credit card number now. If he reads this, I hope he cancels his card and gets a new one--and edits his review to show one star for that criminal outfit.
