Yes. I just found out I have been charged for months. I have never used it. How do I get my money back. I feel that his is a scam! Shame on Amazon!

It'll keep going! I got charged for almost 3 years. It's taken several phone calls and emails and still fighting to get my refunds. It's horrible!

Yup, exactly my experience. I even called to cancel. Screamed my head off... on two occasions. With a promise the refund will occur within 7 - 10 business days. Never happened! Plus to add insult to injury... I continued to get charged. When I called today, they appear to have NO RECORD of my calls! Really?! But they clearly have a record of my credit card, and charges!
A TOTAL SCAM!
