I've cancelled my membership 3 times and continue to be charged. I need to get a refund because I haven't used this service in months.

Contact Audible telephone customer service and explain the problem. Mention that customer reviews on this site express belief that cancellations are honored and credits given. I only can go by the excellent service - including credits and exchanges given - on my account.
