Thanks for this review... never even thought of buying guns online before... Odd, not sure how they get past having an FFL agent buy the gun. Is there another online gun exchange you would recommend?

Auction Arms is NRA's auction company where guns and gun items are bought via auctions and stores. I bought $700 in BIN and learned that the seller broke 3 Auction Arms rules. Sent 3 complaint emails to "dispute", their dispute link and 3 complaint emails to "theheat", their policing link and no one responded! Then called Bob Lancaster, who was supposed to look into the problems and after 4 messages, he never responded. I then emailed NRA.com (National Rifle Association) 2 times and no one responded. Three weeks ago, I wrote a letter to NRA membership. All this has taken 2 months, and now I find that I am terminated from Auction Arms, and lost the items I bought. Auction Arms is run by Manny Delacruz, the CEO and founding member. He has hired his younger brother, Marcus who runs it like a child would run it. This nepotism has resulted in a company that is out of touch with it's members. NRA apparently benefits in the tune of thousands of dollars from the proceeds, and sacrifices it's members for the money.
