on 5/17/10Auction Arms is NRA's auction company where guns and gun items are bought via auctions and stores. I bought $700 in BIN and learned that the seller broke 3 Auction Arms rules. Sent 3 complaint emails to "dispute", their dispute link and 3 complaint emails to "theheat", their policing link and no one responded! Then called Bob Lancaster, who was supposed to look into the problems and after 4 messages, he never responded. I then emailed NRA.com (National Rifle Association) 2 times and no one responded. Three weeks ago, I wrote a letter to NRA membership. All this has taken 2 months, and now I find that I am terminated from Auction Arms, and lost the items I bought. Auction Arms is run by Manny Delacruz, the CEO and founding member. He has hired his younger brother, Marcus who runs it like a child would run it. This nepotism has resulted in a company that is out of touch with it's members. NRA apparently benefits in the tune of thousands of dollars from the proceeds, and sacrifices it's members for the money.
