First phone comes quick but I just got what they all replacement phone P. O. S something I paid for wouldn't give to 5 yr old totally garbage gonna call tomorrow fed communications commission these people ripping people and gov off

I applied in July my application was processed on August 31st i was told that my decision letter was sent on July 23rd i assume the decision letter was for the information sent in still don't have a phone sent 3 different messages was told i would receive my phone in 7-10 business days called 3 times was told validation of address is pending i have to wait for a letter to verify my address again still have not received a letter or the phone we are now going into almost 2 months and no phone i just went to another company so their is no garantee that you will receive a phone or when and if you will receive it
