Well with a little Googling I was able to get a phone number and actually talked to the owner on the phone. And he did very promptly remove my information at no cost. Initially it seemed the online opt-out wasn't working but I think its just slow. Takes a day or two to get a confirmation but it does work. I'm not defending this business. And if you fall into certain categories - public official, law enforcement - it is illegal in California - but you have to make a removal demand first. It ought to be illegal unless you opt IN. Write your congressman along with a campaign donation and maybe you can get an opt-in law passed in your state.

They are abusing your state's freedom of information act. They are collecting databases from the secretary of state, assessors office, and voter registrar. Other ways they can collect data, is if you apply for credit your name address and phone number can become "public" information. The way the state's laws are written, allows this abuse for a third-party to publish your information on the Internet. They can get everything from your birthday to where you live and your phone number. You should complain to your state representatives. It is absolutely a privacy rights violation, and I'm just as pissed as you are. It's completely outrageous and it calls for new legislation. Call your reps, posted on Facebook and get the word out. You can file a complaint with the FTC too.
