How did people go about refunding items that were clearly not made to size or standard, because the staff are simply not cooperating with my complaints
I ordered a dress from you and waiting arrival of same. My question is: If it does not fit or too tight can I send it back for another larger size. I did not give my measurements as i ordered an Oz size 18 which I normally take. Pls re[ply to this as I am worried as I require this dress for my grand daughters wedding in December. What cour is that gorgeous tea length dress with black lacework. Is it pink? Champagne?
I am reading you negative reviews, and I have a strong suspicion that you are the same company as Jadegowns which duped me and stole my money. I ordered two gowns which are very ugly and not worth the money I paid. Please close and stop hurting people.
