Dear all, After no e-mail response from your side at any time, I try to come to some confirmation in this communication. Today I finnaly (after number of calls on beeing on hold) got somebody who told me there is no way my item will arrive in promised time, so she took note it is determined. Order Nr. 1165871. I paid total amount through e Bank. Since I need the money back urgently, plase let me know when can I expect it. Best regards, Maša
Hi - does anyone know who the formal regulator is of this German business - is there an ombudsman or trade standards authority I can escalate to? I have ordered 3 lamps in February, paid the same day and have never received anything. After 4 months I got a reply that I would be refunded but nothing since despite many emails. I feel like this is beyond incompetence and more like fraud - but not sure what to do next. AmbienteDirect if you're reading - my order number is AB00007012, please give me my refund as promised now)
Hello, I ordered a Cappellini Bong Table in marble 9 weeks ago. Despite 3 emails and 2 phone calls I have not received one response on when the order is to arrive. Order #1149987. Someone please help.

I have placed my order in April, payed in advance and, since then, I am waiting for you to send me the Kartell lamp I have bought. I have done some online research and found out countless unsatisfied customers that have bought from your site, payed in advance, just like me, and the items have never arrived! Are you a serious company? Is this some kind of scam? If the lamp doesn't arrive at my address until the end of next week, I will begin all legal procedures available in order to make you responsable for your poor and absolutely unprofessional and not serious behaviour. We placed an order with Ambiente Direct over 2 months ago. They are almost impossible to get hold off, they do not reply to email and rarely answer the phone. The only time I got through to them they told me that they didn't know when I would get my order. Has anyone any suggestions about how to find out if they do eventually send the orders or not? Has any one had a good experience with Ambiente Direct or is it a fraudulent site? Or have they gone bust?
