Why are Members allowed to change/edit/update their Date Of Birth (a legal, never-changing fact)?

By allowing Members to change/edit/update their DOB, FriendFinder Networks is not only providing the means for (and condoning) fraudulent activity, but violating their very own TOS in the process.

I was a Gold Member for many years, many years ago. I am prepared to become a Gold or higher-pay member - but I hear a LOT of negative reports about the service now. I tried to sign up again and thought I did - to a handle I want - but now I cannot get into it and it is only now showing as 'unavailable' Can we start with that? Is this name - available to me? In many ways, I think so. They want to to pay for broken services. The point system is pure bait-and-switch because you sometimes don't get the points they promised and customer service plays dumb when you e-mail them about it.
