So Far I would not do this again I purchased A Echo 1 SR-13e3 from them at 3/1/16 1:30am Pacific time looked at my invoice noticed it didn't have my Apt# so I elected to wait till 3/2/16 about 7:00am my time being about 10: am east coast time, and got an anwsering machine, so I left a message, after an hour felling it was ergent and not wanting them to ship with out Apt# I went on Facebook and it says they will reply in minutes... 6.1/2 hours later nothing tryed multiple formats to get in touch with a person to no avail hoping they will notice eventually. Don't think ill do this again befor I reaserch them learned a lesson, hope they don't ship to wrong place :(
