I have been a customer for over 10 years. Home Shield was called out to fix: hot water tank. American Home Shield gets an "F-" they get a ZERO
I AM TRYING TO FILE A CLAIM ON MY LOSS OF GROGERIES.FOR LESS THAN A MONTH MY FRIDGE HAS STOPPED WORKING 3 TIMES.EVERYTIME ITS FIXED I BUY $300.00 .
don't you read your reviews.. your company sounds like it has to many issues. .I never work companies that has so many poor reviews. .
