Hi Michelle! Check out our ordering info page. We have size charts for guys and girls there. The width is measured from armpit to armpit, across the front only. Men's sizing was fine. The wife got hers in men's style so hers were fine too. You just have to keep in mind the heat transfers they put on for graphics will come off and flake quickly. It's best to wash these in cold water and hang dry them. Hot water and a dryer will wear these out in 2 months

The sizing seems to be pretty standard for me. But I have washed one of mine in hot and it shrunk a bit, but just looked like a muscle shirt, so I wore it to the gym :)

I got a women's shirt and I believe my small was maybe more leaning towards an extra small. But it's definitely long enough and the collar is high which I like.

As far as sizing goes I would say that for the men, they run in sizes akin to mossimo. However for the lady's they run more like shirts from Forever21. As far as what my wife has told me. I hope thus helps you.

Over the past year or so, I have purchased about 30 or so shirts.
I normally wear a full medium or a large but at the start i bought a large & 1 xl.
The xl was way too large, the large was ok.
BUT, I have found the sizes do not run true, so depending on who & where the shiry has come from, that's how the size will run.
To sum up my thoughts, on some I can wear their med. And others I need the large.
Overall if you buy their $6-dollar specials ( +$2-post) you'll be ok.
They wear ok, but remember if you wear them too much, after a while you'll have to buy others.
They have a $50- deal which is ok, EXCEPT ask how much postage will be!
