Service is terrible! Will never use them or reccomend to anyone! Use your local florist

Buyer beware, the worst!

They didn t deliver on time. Then wanted to deliver 13 days later for a birthday. Really?

The worst ever! VERY disappointed in the flowers delivered! Not what was pictured on the Internet! BIG SCAM!

Had all kinds of problems would never use them to send flowers again.

TERRIBLE. Late arrival, for a funeral? It doesn't really count if it's not there for the service! Offered a 50% discount. Don't risk your important events and also waste your money.

Best service ever, beautiful bouquet, flowers were exquisite. It was delivered on time to the right place, I don't understand what all this fuss is about. As for customer service, I have no idea because I've never had to call.

It is terrible. If you pay for one order don't expect it to be in the time that they put on it. And they won't get it delivered to the proper place. If you try to communicate with them the customer service will talk down to you.

Terrible. They process your payment before they can confirm delivery, and when they cant deliver there is no refund. No flowers and money gone.

By far the worst service humanly possible by a company
They will take your money and then negotiate when they can finally deliver your product. Even if its 3 days AFTER delivery date that was originally paid for
Then they will tell you they will issue a credit which will take 5-8 business days - so you basically pay for placing an order but never receive merchandise!

Awful. Liars. Crooks. Never deliver on time. I will never use them again. Had to go to the store and buy several bouquets and try to make my own arrangement for a funeral today.

Terrible! They don't deliver on your requested date, they use bait and switch tactics, and customer service won't work with you.

Horrific customer service. If I got the flowers for free, I would just say no. They arent going to arrive anyway!
