This is definitely a scammer. Ordered in April, we are in July now still did not receive my order. Whatsapp number belongs to someone else, who is confirming that cectus is a scam. I complained to Federal Trade Commissions, so far not result. Cectus is taking money and never sends product and not providing refunds. Please be careful.
