I had two parcels delivered more than six months ago. One was half damaged and the other one had two items missing. I have lodged a claim and they asked for my UPS tracking number, photos and other information. I have contacted them a few times regarding my claim and they keep telling me they will let me know when they have the answer. Recently I contacted them again but they told me there's no such claim. Now they refuse to answer any further queries of mine.
