Your telephone response is bad, can't reach anyone with out a extension number, say they will kept your place in telephone calls, but never return the call? Yvonne James TBBChurch, still awaiting toner we have already paid for over 3weeks ago you took the money but still no toner received?

Ordered on 11/28/2023 your payment went through our bank on 11/30/2023 no product received
Ordered again on 12/27/2023, your payment went through on December 28th, 2023 Still no product received we have been out of toner since 15th, I called several times and left massages and still no response from your company is this fraud?
