@GStarRAW our beloved brand is worse than AliExpress. Worst service ever. They made a mistake when sending the package and refuse to help correct the delivery address. Live person never responds to Support requests.
I have ordered $500 worth *******@GStarRAW merchandise, immediately noticed *******@GStarRAW made a mistake in the delivery address (100% their fault), and for 2 weeks been trying to contact their Support. Zero reaction.
Instead of correcting the delivery address I was receiving only automated messages *******@GStarRAW
If anybody from the management *******@GStarRAW reads their Twitter, you will lose all your shoppers with this worst ever service.
You are not able to create a simple mistake made by you in the delivery address. When I order something worth of $500 I expect a decent support service. But instead — *******@GStarRAW makes a mistake when sending out an order and then just fails to respond to any Support requests, only automated responses.
And not even mentioning *******@GStarRAW constantly sends email advertising non-existing discounts.
I used to buy a lot from you, but after terribly long shipping times and zero customer service — never again.
