I contacted them and VC worker who called Mariz (who tried to help me). He asked me reference number but i am not available to see that information on my smartphone so i couldn't share the reference number. He refused for re- editing my list without this information. I don't have a computer as i repeated 100 times and he did not fed up to ask "please..." The app doesn't work very well on phone and it's our fault to pay that much high commission and asking help... i am sorry
