P.S. The Owner of the company Kevin did give me a call today, apologized on behalf of the technician, refunded $180 that i paid for diagnostics and made my overall experience so much better.

But here is what happened:

The first thing to note about Crywolf Inc. is that while they are an official Apple repair partner, their service charges different from Apple's own. This would have been fine if I would know this crucial information as a customer. It is not communicated on Apple's website when i signed up for the repair.

I was initially excited to discover that Crywolf Inc. was an official Apple repair partner, as this gave me a sense of confidence in their abilities to handle Apple products. However, I was hit with a $180 charge just for diagnostics. This was a surprise as Apple itself does not charge for diagnostics.

Additionally, Crywolf Inc. claimes that the $180 diagnostic fee will go toward the total repair cost. But in my case, it only added to the total cost of the repair. This seemed misleading and added to the overall negative experience.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. I dealt with a technician named Gail, who displayed a lack of empathy and an inability to effectively communicate or understand my concerns. This resulted in my issues not being addressed properly, and in the end, he abruptly ended the call, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.
