I've been a member of BJs forever. But the quality of the employees has gone downhill fast. All these people walking around with red vest have no idea what to do. "It's not my job" is the only thing they know how to say! Well it is your job. You represent BJs. Find a solution! This is not a one off, but terrible customer service! Ex. Rotisserie chicken (main item that draws people in). Sat in the rotisserie oven for over 45 minutes and no one took them out. ( they were already fully cooked). The line and complaints was overwhelming! They don't give a s~~t!
