VVVArt will keep your money and send you a super low quality product that you do not even want to hang on your walls. The print I order was titled "Red Abstract", it arrived orange with missing black color and a white washed out look. It looked like they were trying to save money on ink and use the least amount of ink possible. Does not look anything like the photo posted on their website. Asked for a refund, but since there is no listed return policy on their website I emailed them and got this as a response: "All art is brand new and create once a customer places an order they receive a brand new piece, for those reasons we can not accept refunds/returns," but to help you out they will offer you a 60% refund at first, and if you still complain they will offer you a 70% return. When I initially emailed them, they first blamed my monitor not being correctly color calibrated, (this only is true is you are sending photos to be printed), then they tried to blame RGB to CMYK color profiles, then they stated that its a custom made piece and they have no where to store it. All those reasons are of no concern to a customer. I've ordered tons of art work and prints and if there was any issue, the merchant apologized for the issue, and sent a replacement print at no charge. That is the way business is done and how merchants earn lifetime customers.

They claim fast shipping. From order to delivery took 4 weeks from China. All the reviews on their website are fake. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the reviews on this site are also fake.

After a few back and forth emails, they will stop responding. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will get my credit card company involved.

Stay far away from this misleading untrustworthy merchant. They will send you garbage!
