I would likely have given this company 5 stars just based on the amount of telephone assistance they provided. Let me not sugar coat it though... it is NOT easy to navigate on and order from their site. I needed assistance every step of the way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. It took a very long time for them to process, but I understood given the low cost and Covid restrictions. What I'm upset about is the involuntary (yes, it was imposed) charge for "scan in order." I didn't select it because I frankly didn't care about the order of my photos. It amounted to a sizeable chunk... half of the total cost! Bottom line: whether or not I selected that option, they will not scan your pix UNLESS you pay the extra 7 cents/scan. So... you add it or they add it or the site adds it - doesn't matter because you're gonna have to pay that amount like it or not, ordered or not! Definitely an unethical tie-in.
