Used once and never emptied the cartridge when the printer said cartridge empty.
Tried the really weak instructions, tried calling (no help) bought chip resetter, it doesn't reset their chip.
So basically wasted roughly $200 trying to save money.
My two cents, Don't trust these people anymore. They will say anything to sell you a load of crap that wont work.
