My continued disappointment with purchasing is you get 0 credit for being a loyal customer. I have bought close to 20 shirts and get the same 20% off as someone buying for the first time. The 20% really just covers the shipping cost which many companies provide free shipping, so actually I get no compensation!
I was offered HDVIP, (30% discount) but could never implement! I want the shirt, so although out the 10% additional discount I ordered. Not a big fan of how you handle discounts, but really like the shirts and selections. I've now ordered 10 shirts, but only get your 20% discounts like every Tom, $#*! and Harry! Don't really feel like a valued customer. Kim

Some difficulty navigating around site. Not sure why I only could get 10% off when you have been offering me 20+ when I bought just one item. This order was for 4 shirts and a pair of shoes.
I like the great variety and happy with the quality.
I had previously bought two shirts and was happy with the product.
