I ordered an A5 salt cell and received a different item. I called and told them what happened. I did not receive return paperwork in a weeks time and called again. Ashley was the customer service representative and she researched what happened and together we figured it all out. She emailed me the return paperwork and I will be sending the part back later today. Ashley was very professional, polite, courteous, and resolved the problem while I was on the phone with her. Things happen. She corrected everything and was great about it. Could not have been more helpful!
