This company is a scam and I can only hope that any budding buyers read this, and the other reviews here, before buying.
A friend of mine used their consulting service for guidance on an exam and the 'consultant' simply disappeared after they paid the £500 fee.
They then slowly resurfaced as my friend asked for a refund, and sent over a contract (Which had grammatical errors on it, further unprofessional behaviour) That said that in order to provide a refund, the company "must contact the university and notify them", or instead my relative can pay a further £2,500 to prevent this and cancel the refund request.
We have contacted the police earlier and are visiting the station tomorrow to provide further specific details on the company including their telephone numbers etc, and I am posting this in the hope that this scam is prevented for others in the future.
This company is a scam.

It would have been helpful to know that this company are a complete and utter scam. I am in the process of launching a police investigation into them
