Poor customer service and products. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Their products barely have a scent or they stink. None of their lotions are hydrating as they claim. Stick to Bath and Body Works- that's why they are well know and GooseCreek is not. They will not allow you return any of the items under any circumstances whereas BBW will gladly accept returns. I have not had to return anything to BBW, but I know they will accept their products back. Goosecreek is garbage. Stay away.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service will NOT refund whatsoever. Do not expect it. They know their products suck. They remove all the negative reviews. Refer to BBB and reddit for the truth.
Products used:
One lotion, the rest went to the trash where it belongs.
