I had an awful experience with Kinetico Water System in Henderson, NV. They send out a good salesman and give a good presentation. The problem is they don't explain to you that if you have any issues with your system that for a technician to come out is $199.00 for the first half hour and $64.00 each additional half hour. This is highway robbery. They are the only ones that can work on or repair the system. I contacted their corporate office and they were no help only stating they could basically charge what they wanted to because the technicians were contractors. My advice to everyone is when you see them in Home Depot or Lowe's is to stay away and go in the opposite direction. Also my system is only two(2) years old. I've called on numerous occasions and they refuse to budge so I'm stuck with a system that wasn't cheap that doesn't work. I wish I could give them negative stars.
