So I ordered it EDF jet from these people last night at about 11:00 p.m. I found out very quickly that I wanted to order a different one so I was going to cancel it and get store credit. I called 9:00 a.m. the next morning so 10 hours and 10 hours were all overnight between Sunday and Monday. So I'm sure there was nobody working or anything, and they could not cancel my order they claimed. Somehow it'd been in this system that they can't control and despite them still having the product at their warehouse, the person told me that they have to still ship it to me which I had to pay for, then I'm going to have to pay to ship it back to them in order to return it. The absurdity of the situation is incomprehensible, why are companies run by these systems that they can't control I mean who's in charge of human or the system? Anyway, the customer service person I talked with was less than helpful and they could do nothing except send me instructions on how to return it which I can read on their website anyway so that's kind of a pointless email. I'm not sure why they would do this other than they are hoping that once I get it I'll just decide not to return it cuz I don't want to pay the return shipping. Cuz it's going to be expensive to ship back to them, I know that because I'm paying for it to them for them to ship it to me. Even though they still have it in their possession right now they're still going to ship it to me just so I can ship it back to them. So instead of getting store credit I'm going to get a refund and I would not recommend this website to anyone. If they're not competent enough to cancel an order 9 hours after it was made on the weekend then it's impossible to cancel an order and they're just going to force you to pay shipping twice and help you keep it instead of returning it.
