We bought a car from FLEXICAR and after 2 month the engine broken! 2 month have now passed and the car is still at the mechanics, he has not received the parts or Authorization to repair the car! They will not give us our money back and keep lying to us when we go to the dealership to ask what is happing to our car! They never contact us back or just ignore my calls! They can not give me a time frame as to when my car will be fixed but the machanic says 2 months after the parts arrive as he is busy.
How is this expectable? As of now they have had the car longer than i have had it!
