Everything went well until the point where the tech said he would continue working on my laptop, and would then call me. For some reason Supremo dropped the connection, so your tech should have called to tell me to re-open Supremo. I waited for hours, and he never called. Finally, I called your number twice to find out what was happening. OK, Yahoo seems to be working again.
