You cannot sign up without it auto renewing the subscription and when I asked for a refund and showed I had not used the site beyond what I had subscribed they refused the refund. Regarding the site itself, we used it to try to prepare for the cogat but we did not find it very useful. We found cogat books that were more useful than the website.
Despite my not having used the website during the auto renew period which I had not originally signed up for, they would not grant a refund.
