After a few days ' notice, I placed a large liquor order for a wedding, but it has yet to ship. It took another three days to get hold of someone, only to be told that they were waiting for some of the items, sufficiently nobody notified me, and I almost missed the deadline for the wedding liquor needs. Also, they do not work on weekends which is odd for a large national company, and they have no expedited shipping; I had to place the order with another company with expedited shipping. This cost me so much extra and stress.

Tip for consumers:
Not organized with terrible customer service, you may have to be on hold and then try again the next day and the next day. This is not a mom and pop shop and it should be ready to take care of customers and much better communications, no database system to flag issues and send automatic email. Not acceptable for a so called "large company"
